Dravid c Bakle b Tendulkar: Arjun dismisses Samit as sons go head to head in KSCA tournament

The names Tendulkar and Dravid once again echoed on a cricket field in Alur on Monday. More than a decade after Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar retired, their sons went head to head in the K Thimmiappiah Trophy. Arjun Tendulkar had a the last laugh as he dismissed young Samit Dravid.
Dravid, Tendulkar’s sons showdown in KSCA tournament
The K Thimmiappiah Trophy saw the sons of Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid lock horns with each other. Arjun Tendulkar moved to Goa last season and features for the state in the tournament. Samit Dravid, still early in his career, featured for the KSCA Secretary’s XI.
Samit Dravid managed to hit two boundaries during his short innings of 9 runs off 26 balls. However, his stay was cut short when Arjun Tendulkar dismissed him, with the catch taken by Kashab Bakle. Dravid wasn’t the only wicket Tendulkar picked, who finished with figures of 3/50.
