Wanindu Hasaranga responds to ‘disrespect’ from Abrar Ahmed with one-handed stunner & 2 wickets

In the 13th over of the Pakistan vs Sri Lanka match, Abrar Ahmed made a grave error. After dismissing Wanindu Hasaranga, he pulled out the Sri Lankan spinner’s trademark celebration.
Abrar Ahmed mocks Hasaranga
It didn’t look like much back then, as Sri Lanka was 80/6. The Men in Green were primed to win the match at the moment. Despite the best efforts of Kamindu Mendis, a score of 133 was all that the Lanka Lions could muster. But Abrar had made the grave error of waking a sleeping giant in Hasaranga.
Hasaranga demolished Pakistan as revenge
Pakistan raced off the block while chasing 134. They were 43/0 after 5 overs. Maheesh Theekshana gave Sri Lanka a sliver of hope by dismissing in-form Sahibzada Farhan, and it turns out that was all that was needed.
That’s because on the penultimate ball of the powerplay, Hasaranga pulled off a one-handed stunner to flip the match on its head. And guess what? The spinner stood up and performed Abrar’s trademark celebration. As if to say, this wicket fell because of you.
But Hasaranga was in no mood to stop. In the very next over, he clean bowled Saim Ayub. And again, pulled out Abrar’s trademark celebration. He was going to rub it in the Pakistani spinner’s face.
But wait, Hasaranga wasn’t finished just yet. On the first ball of the 9th over, he trapped Pakistan captain, Salman Ali Agha, in front of the wicket. The leggie had taken the score from 45/0 to 57/4 in no time. It was also a reminder to Abrar to think before doing, otherwise it might come back to bite him back.
